The title pretty much says it all. I know that this type of thread has been done before, but I thought we could use an update with a new set (but feel free to post pulls from other sets).

Welll... this isn't exactly MXM... But it happened recently...
As you may know Wal Mart likes to carry those 2 for 2.50 or 3 for 2.99 packs of MOR/MSM.... If I find them, I buy them, just for the sheer cheapness of them... I've pulled many a Genosha and Boliver Trask, even a Sabretooth, but there's one card that has eluded me for the entirety of my VS. "career". So, I got lucky and found the last 3 pack (2 MSM and 1 MOR) I went ahead and bought it without wasting anytime... Knowing it wasn't very likely I'd pull anything good from MSM (I got Fun & Games and Next Gen Technology blech) but I opened my MOR pack and I pulled a holo Underground Research Base (HOLO) I wasn't crazy about it.... But I knew there was hope.... I continued through the pack and my jaw dropped... In front of my eyes an upside down 1st ed Savage Beatdown was looking back at me... Wow...
That just made my day... So after 2 years of trying to obtain that elusive card.... (I don't have the money to buy a bajillion boxes of MOR) I finally got it.... So that's my story...
I also got a god pack once from the 2 for 2.50 packs at a KB store... W/e.... I'm bored and tired from pointless rant...

uhhh 2 boxes of x-men 5 EomE and a bunch of the money rares like 6 of that 2 drop brotherhood person that is free to play 2 foil

I bought a box of MXM, got all 8 drops, and the 9 drop (Foiled) O_O

I can't decide if that's better or worse than the 6 Gargantua (and tons of 8 drops) I pulled in 2 boxes... O_o

At least the two copies of Enemy of My Enemy I pulled in the few packs I won at the Sneak Peek eases the sting somewhat.

Not sure if it's great or not but MSM packs for $2.20.

i found a box of superman at a walmart for 30 bucks. got 2 revenge pacts, detective work, foil demons head, ...

i was missing a bunch of superman stuff, and this helped me finish some playsets. :)

In my first and only MXM box so far, I got Sebastion Shaw, EomE and Momentary Distraction. Also got other decent rares for use in BH and HC decks I was planning. I was pretty pleased, needless to say.

My best luck came with my first holiday tin (the Spidey one, I believe). The MSM packs were average. Then, I get to the two Origins packs... a Signal Flare and a foil Savage Beatdown. :)

Last night after draft I bought 9 packs of MXM.

Cracked 2 EoME (1 foil), and Amanda Voight and A Foil Boot to the Head...

Kind of takes the sting out of going 0-3...

pulled a foil EomE at the sneek traded for another and now have a set of emenant domain as well as power play.

For Christmas this year, I opened up a present from my girlfriend and it was a book from the Princess Diaries series. I gave her kind of a funny look and she goes "Maybe you should flip through it."

There, hidden in the middle of the book, was a Savage Beatdown. She figured I'd guess it was something VS-related if she didn't disguise it somehow.

Best. Girl. Ever.

Not quite a "pull" but still the best pack I've ever opened, haha.

My best deal ever was picking up two boxes of MOR for 80 bucks total. Seems the game never picked up in New Jersey cause the guy kept talking about VS going down the tubes. HA!
Didn't get a single savage beat down in either of them, though. Oh well.

I got 2 FF starters and 2 batman starters from a blockbuster in Long beach for 3 bucks a piece. I thought that was fun.
