Yes, there is a delay, though I don't know how long the delay will be. I wouldn't sweat it, at least for a few more days.

This stuff happens all the time, so don't be worried. I had to wait months before some stuff got updated for me.

Also you have to wait for your TO to upload the event(assuming that mantis doesn't pull any fast ones) Though since it was a PCQ it should have been uploaded already since I think UDE mandates that they have to go up no later then a few days after the event.
