I have a deck that I am working on foiling out that I just added some cards that are starter only. Is there any way to get a foil version of starter cards? Or is your only hope that they decide to EA them and being at the right place at the right time?

Pretty sure your only chance is if they make an EA out of them, I have never seen or heard of a starter card being foil, or an EA of a starter card other than the 2 that come in the starter.

I think you are pretty much sol for trying to foil out a deck with starter deck cards in it.

Unless they are from the old batman and X-men starter, but im sure your question had nothing to do with those.

For a while, I was desparate to get an foil Barbara Gordon, Oracle from the Batman Started for my B&B deck. I have now replaced her with the Creeper who is somewhat easier to shinify.

I believe that it is possible to get foils of cards in the Batman starter in special German boosters that contained cards from the starter as well as DSM and DGL but I have never been able to track any down and am not sure if there is a similar product that contains cards from any other starter.

Nope, looking for brotherhood hideout from the new X-men starter.
