A friend and I are having a disagreement over what is legal for Marvel Modern.

I say that Avengers, Xmen, the FF starter, and the Xmen starter are all legal for Marvel Modern.

My friend thinks that only Avengers, Xmen, and the Xmen starter are legel for Marvel Modern.

Which one of us is correct? And can you point me to a place on the UDE website that spells it out? (If I am right, my friend will need to read it on the UDE site with his own eyes before he will admit it).
