I will be holding a tournament in Marietta, GA (a northern suburb of Atlanta) and the prizes will be EA cards.

Among the prizes will be EA Garth; EA Boris; EA Longshot; EA Boliver Trask; EA Superman, Avatar of Peace; EA Scarecrow, Fearmonger; EA Signal Flare and many, many more.

The format will be Silver Age Constructed. Cards from Marvel Origins and DC Origins will not be legal (yeah, I know it's not technically Silver Age since Infinite Crisis hasn't come out yet and DC Origins would be in the window, but it'll give folks a taste of things to come). The entry fee will be $20 per person.

The venue will be B & R Games (2371 Sandy Plains Road, Suite 130, Marietta, GA 30066).

One thing I forgot to mention, the tournament will start between 1pm and 2pm. I realised too late that this is Easter weekend and hopefully the later start time will allow some more people to participate without conflicting with their Easter plans.

The tournament was great fun. Sneak preview of things to come (in an early silver environment). From the legal sets we saw a large number of variants and a few metastaples.

It was a blast and the prize support was excellent. Thanx dylan.

I wish more pwople could come, as it would have been a better look at the new format.

The only problem was the timing. Easter sunday. Hopefully the next one will be on a different sunday. That gripe aside. Props to the TO.

Yeah, Easter Sunday was something missed by both myself and the store. Next time it'll be on a non-holiday, I promise.
