Well calling it the VS system North-American tour would imply there are going to be tours throughout other regions of the world. Clearly this is not the case. Surely you aren't suggesting Australia get it's own continental tour :p
I'm with evil baby on this one! UDE is just trying to amp up their game. This game is taking off! It has been best ccg for two years straight. And with the creation of 3 very good and balanced sets (avengers, jla, and x-men) this is a very good time for UDE to push their game. here's to hoping that the trend continues for the rest of the year!
Personally, I dont about you guys, but I can't wait for the galactus set! You just know he's gonna own!

Please, random 10Ks do not count. I dont see that map going anywhere outside the US anyway...
This is just false advertising. For Shame!
STFU you damn Fing foreigner! go back to your ghetto! Prison colony hooligan...GG life sentence!
UDE doesn't care about the foreign scum that play VS, they only want to project a "world game" image ala Magic: Teh Gathering without actually doing any work.
They do care when it comes to DQ'ing us though lol.
You guys are retarded. Uly has a good point. But UDE does care about the game going international, but it's honestly hard when the game is based on an intensely american property. would you play the game if it had random team from some ####ty Manga comic that's popular in Japan? Probably not. So now imagine what it's like to open a pack of cards and see the JLI staring back at you. My friends over here deduced that since JLA was Justice League of America, JLI might be Justice League of India. (which is the name of the very next team we take to the PC :-P) So try thinking of that when you're wondering why the game might not have as much of a foothold in foreign countries...

Actually I would, but that's just how I role. And if the game was fun I'd give it a chance. I mean I used to play Dot Hack, and you can't tell me that Dot Hack ever had a big hit into American culture.
Also several people I know had/have no idea what the JLI is. That's not an international problem, its jsut a problem with people that don't read comics. Also Justice League India is a great name but only if you are from India. Everyone else should use Justice League Indiana....FTW!!
Now whoever, can moan and groan, but he got what he deserved. Cheat on the pro circuit, you get banned.
As far as the game being american, I hate to break it to everyone who hasn't gotten the memo. Comics are a part of american history. now japan might want to call it manga, and europe calls it whatever *do they read over there? j/k*
So having an intense following of an american founded game isn't that big a surprise. As dan said above, .hack was probably huge in japan, as dbz probably was as well. But here in america, they games tanked. except for dbz, everyone wants spikey golden hair, the ability to fly, and blow people away with flashy and generous amounts of "energy"
australia also seems to have a growing vs population, of course if they ever update vsparadise you might see that. ude is also spending money to translate vs. sets into foreign languages so that the whole world can play just shows you that they care about making money and sharing the game with everyone, mainly about making money
So in short, to say ude doesn't care about foriegners spending their money on ude product is just misinformed stupidity!
