Hey i won a $300 Cash Card in LA a couple of weeks ago, but after activating it the automated system wouldnt give me a PIN. Who should i take this up with? Clearly the card doesnt work here in Australia but id like to be able to get my money somehow...

Did you dial the second number on the instructions that are given? The first number is used for activation, there is a second number (which looks almost identical with the exception that I think the last number in the entire phone number is different) that when you call will prompt you about your pin number.

I had a similar situation in New York when I received the cashcard. I was expecting for the system to be awkward and did not fancy phoning up various numbers to get everything authorised.
It was all simple in the end even though I don't remember much about the process other than the person whom I spoke to on the phone was asking for "my address" when she really meant the UDE one given on the congratulations letter that comes with the giftcard.
