I wanted to do some of the online tests while I am still able for VS but when I go to the site it asked for a UDE# (Which I have) and a password. Where do I get my password? My UDE account is quite old from my YGO days so I really don't know where I can get my password and I doubt any of my TO's know where to get it either. I don't get E-Mails from UDE either and my E-mail isn't registered with them. What could I do to take the tests or recover my Password with just my UDE#?
You sound like you have gotten your password once and have forgotten it. I think the quickest solution is to take another UDE number and then email UDE that you have lost your previous account and wishes that they can delete it for you.
I think Luffy is taking the wrong approach. They once messed up my email address so I never recieved a password. Email UDE, tell them your name, age, email address, UDE number, and explain that you have lost your password. That was sufficient enough information for me to recover my UDE number and take the level 1 judge test in the same day.
CreamsodaMafia, I am taking that he already received his password like I have said and changed it. If that's the case, the password is most likely encrypted. This means it could be almost impossible to retrieve the password. Currently, I have another idea which is to e-mail UDE to reset your password. If this is possible, then don't take my earlier advice.
Your case is that you did not receive your password which is similar to mine when I first signed up for the number. The password never came to me for like 3 weeks. I then e-mailed UDE at [email protected] for more queries and in less than a week, I have gotten my password and changed the password. If I did not remember wrongly, the passwords are encrypted and would not be possible to retrieve, reset is a possibility but I don't remember seeing it stated, so I suggested the method in my 1st post.
Well when I first read it the part where he said his email wasn't registered with UDE is what made me suggest what I did. If they don't have his email they couldn't have given him his password, and without the original password he couldn't have changed it. That was my reasoning behind it. In either case I believe one of us is reading it wrong, and before he deletes his old account [Which I'd imagine he has gained some points on and/or has the number memorized since he stated that its very old.] he could at least mail them and see what they say. I think your first reply is what to do when all else fails.
Thanks for the help guys. luffy that email doesn't exsist it says. I just emailed customer service. Maybe I should be clearer on my situation. I never recive emails from upperdeck. Ever. So I never got my password. I just never tried a online test till now.
Just email player@upperdeck I think and give them your name, UDE#, new e-mail, and ask for your password. They will send you your password in a couple of days, hopefully (they might be a little slow, but just e-mail them a couple times).
