Wouldn't xstatixs be great if proffessor x did'nt count as controling a character.

activate - put target printed xstatix character from the ko pile into play. if you do you cannot attack this turn nor can you use this characters payment powers. During the recovery phase remove this character from the game.

whats the point of your 1 drop and why is you local not a Pt?

the point of my 1 drop face up in the resource is so you can use his ability and still keep exactly one character on the feild. Basically he could become a searchable avalon space station. This way you could run straight from the grave and enemy of me enemy in an xstatix build.

Truthfully it don't care if it is a plot twist, location or wether or not they allow prof x to be face up in the resource row. It is my expression to ude that i think it would be cool if they made a card that does something like this. It is just an idea.

xstatixs need a way to search stuff. either through the ko pile, or through the deck. you have to play multiple copies of everything. With a searcher you could cut down on certain things to add a little more defensive tricks.

the real idea behind the location is so you can abuse more of your boosted charcters that go to your hand & still be able to gain some endurance with hq and keep your one character on the feild. Thus on turn 5 you use hq to gain four endurance by koing u go girl then you draw a card and discard a card. You then bring her back in with I thought I killed you! or you bring in a 5 drop orphan. This would allow you to use some of your characters boosted effects more often. Like battering ram, or myles & venus dee milo.

so hopefully that answers your question.

I feel that it would be better to have it as a character like kang kong.

I don't think that the X-statx need more searchers, but more ways to control what happens in the game. Like this:

Strength of the Backstage
Type: Plot Twist
Cost: 2

As an additional cost to play Strength of the Backstage, reveal an X-statix character in your hand.

If you control only one X-statix character, target opponent can not play plot twists with a threshold cost of less than the cost of the character that you revealed. Draw a card.
