Does this mean Bart's the new flash?

Any other crisis spoilers? Feel free to put them here.

I thought that too, until I remembered that they could be including anything that has to do with IC, including the Teen Titans story where they go to the future. All depends on whether the Bart Allen Flash uses a red suit (post-IC) or yellow suit (future titan story).

Based on the updated teaser page, Bart's art has him wearing a red suit.
