1. basic strategy is to flood thei field with insectoid troopers and eventually get a driect attack in using infestation.


2. 19 insectoid troopers may seem like a lot but its actually not, I find I always need them in my hand for effects like zazzalla and hard light storage tank

3. the deck basically plays like a curve deck...turn 1 insectoid trrooper. turn 2 zazzala, 3 shadow thief, 4 circe, 5 tattoed man and use all the respective effects to plus hard light storage to flood the field with insectoid troopers

cards I need:

4 slots for a plot twist...any suggestions?? Anything I left out that would be good for this style deck??

6 drop...any good 6 drops for a deck like this?? Secret files will let me search any affiliated so it does not have to be injustice gang

try either Captain America or Mystique, freedom force as your 6 drop... Probably Mystique.

add in two Poison Ivy as an alt 2 drop, She gives insane draw power.

In terms of your extra slots... Attack pumps seem very appropriate.

glock--I already have an agl deck. Besides I like to play for fun and build fun decks not just play the cookie stuff out there.

exiled force---great suggestions, cap wont work cuz his leader power only affects avengers characters. But great idea with mystique.

I was playtesting more and going back and forth on adding attack pumps or cover fire. I decided cover fire. What wound up happening alot is On turn 5-6 decks would target an unreinforced trooper and hit for massive massive breakthrough. Also squad + other earth spelled the end for me.

I save my cover fire for when my opponent goes to make the big swing it often gives a +10-+20 bonus stopping enough breakthrough to keep me alvie fot a big finish.

Also through playtesting I decided that circe is much better than faust for the decks theme. Now I'm going to try and fit in a mystique somewhere.

any other suggestions??

i like the whole playing for fun and no cookie cutter decks. have you thought of using Dr. Light as a back up to Shadow Theif?

My buddy has a golden age infestation deck that runs off 4 resources. Trial by fire is huge, and he has cover fire, 2 drop cyclops, and Sage 3 drop. When the deck goes off it is awesome, he uses Poison Ivy and Birthing Chambers to get what he needs. Faust is a must also!

xelaron--actually I didnt think of dr light, pretty stupid of me to overlook that, great suggestion

unclelumpy--a team up with x-men and cyclops might be a good idea too, I'll see what I can work out with that.
