Not my cards I opened IN the actual prerelease. Those were all horrible.

But as for the cards I got in the prize packs?

I got multiple packs that had 4 rares in them. And so did other people. It was apparently fairly commonplace, although I never heard of it happening in the actual events (cause then you have to either drop and keep your packs or trade in the Holy Pack).

Unfortunately, the common/uncommon distribution I got was absolutely HORRID. There are TONS of commons that I have none of, and there are uncommons that I got 2 or 3 of in the 5 packs of Sealed.

Did anyone else notice these disturbingly fantastic pack distributions?

(Hey, maybe, if the market gets flooded enough, the rares in this set WON'T be super-expensive!)

4 rares in a pack?? That's super!

man my packs only had 1 rare.. but i did win the main event and a flight for 18x packs and 2 playmats =p
but we did have some packs there with 4 raresa and some packs where the cards were falling apart.

Same here as Loren - regular old packs with 1 rare.

I havn't heard of the 4 rares per pack thing since the first days of Magic, when a bunch of Alpha shipped with rares in all the uncommon slots - that was pretty cool when I bought a box of boosters that were all like that. :)

Anyway - I can't complain too much about the pre-release - I came in second in a 16 person flight, and placed high enough in the main event to end up with 10 prize packs, a t-shirt, a deckbox, a playmat, and 4 EA's. Plus, I had fun - that's the main thing - I really like this set from what I've seen so far.

Somehow in the printing process, a rare sheet and an uncommon sheet were reversed. So in some packs, it was putting uncommons were the rare was supposed to go, and in otther packs it was putting rares, where uncommons were supposed to go.

Great. I'm sure my boxes will be the ones that put uncommons in the rare slots. And somehow Man-bull and Franklin Richards will continue to sneak into my packs

I know the feeling. Out of 4 boxes, I have 2 playsets Man-Bull and Doctor Sun. But only one single copy of Enemy of My Enemy. :(
