In case of a team up would Kalibak get -1-1 for each teamed up character I control or would being teamed up with Darkseids elite keep his stats normal?

Kalibak checks every character you control. As long as each character has the Darkseid's Elite affiliation, he won't penalize himself. It doesn't matter if those characters have other affiliations.
