I loved it.

I find it hard to comment too much on it, since it really didn't say much about the game, just stuff about you (some of which I already knew). You did leave out the part about your irrational fear of Tony the Bronze Tiger.

A sample of style was all I needed, though. Keep up writing more articles and I'll have to go stop by Metagame more often.

I enjoyed it as well. Your path in to VS was much like mine in that I had never given a thought to playing a CCG before and thought it horribly geeky. I was on a trip and picked up the FF starter at a Walmart b/c I had forgot my PSP. I always was sort of a closet comics fan though, so I was sucked in pretty easy.

Keep the articles coming and try and keep the game alive in these hard times for European VS.

Great article Steve. I think there is often too much focus on the competitive side of Vs., so it was very nice to hear a voice for the casual side.
