actually its up to the TOs. new sets are legal for limited after the sneek peek is over as long as the TO has enough supply. The only time you ahve to wait for the set to be legal is constructed

Actually, that is no longer correct. We were just informed by King's Games that UDE's policy has changed, and the set isn't legal for Sealed tournaments until it's available for purchase at the retail level.

So wait, there is now no point in my going to this saturday's PCQ to play limited. Oh well, guess I'll just stay home and enjoy the familly.

I would suggest asking your local PTO when they will be using IC for Sealed format.
