Sure is a lot of it going around don't ya think ? Not saying I mind - it's actually kind of interesting to see how everyone was acting and thinking just when MOR came out if not before. Even seeing board veterans asking their little beginner's questions. A fun retrospective, if you will. But remember, it's only fun in small doses, so let's not get carried away people.
Me, I'm a lot newer to the game than others ( started August of last year ), so its interesting to see how the boards were in the distant past ... i.e. 2004 :p. So, for those of you guys who have been here a long time - any fun stories about the Realms from yesteryear you'd like to share ?

I was pretty laid back, back then. I didn't do the angry black man bit back then. after wild vomit, we also had a thread (that I necro'd just yesterday in strategy and tactics) about who and how sents were to be played. this was before curve, so everything about curve was possibly concieved in this thread. Generally the main contributors were Cyke, Myself, and of course Stu. The game was fairly new, and everyone was still pretty non-arogant because the organized play system was even newer than the game was.
It's still nowhere near as bad as other game systems, but hey....
well, I've been on for awhile. As far as threads that have been coolness, the barndoor chalenges were cool. You need to make more, Stu. ... maybe not, considering how similar they were to the deckbuilder's chalenge cup. Speaking of witch, I sent a decklist in for the metagame deckbuilder cup.

1 Last thing. "Modern Spiderfriends" Is a thread that is over a year old and is still alive. There are more than 1500 posts. Does anyone know of any thread that has lived longer? (if not can it be stickied?:cheeky: ) & yeah, Stu posted there too ... page 80-ish ...
