I think JSA is a solid team from DCR, so I designed a deck built around The Rock of Eternity and attacking up the curve. In my opinion it was too "rough around the edges" and I found the attacking up the curve angle to be amazing. I then made a build constructed mainly with attacking up the curve in mind, and The Rock of Eternity as an afterthought. There is definite synergy in this deck, but I had to made tough cuts to get it down to 60. Right now, sometimes the Rock can totally destroy me after the initial turn that it's good. I am curious to see how you guys are abusing the big Rock and how I can better integrate into this rush build. Lmk what you think...

For Silver, simply make the equips 4 T-Spheres, 3 Framistat, and 2 Flamethrower. In Golden and Silver I think Absolute Dominance and Total Anarchy will be a problem as they are beginning to show up in a lot. I think I will test replacing something for Foileds and I guess Transmutations (for silver). Again, Let me know what you think, I haven't seen many other builds like this.
I've considered the options here and I think this will be a super viable deck for Silver or Modern. It's crazy good, and you can do the deck focusing on the identity stuff along with the up-the-curve BS. If I had the resources to do it I'd build something similar, here's my thoughts on it.
I don't know about the other-team characters. I don't know where you're going with that. If you're going up-curve crazy, that's cool, whatever works for you. But you don't really need them; the JSA exclusives are brutal enough. Although you could get them with EomE or use them to pitch for it, there's enough JSA goodness to serve that purpose. In terms of PT tech, if you've got good enough memory you can try using Taking up the Mantle or A Moment of Crisis in junction with stuff like Living Legacy and Double Play.
I really recommend Double Play. It's GODLY. If you hate Teen Titans now, you'll cry when you're hit by dual Double Plays.
Generally I think Terry Sloane <> Mr. T is a solid play, whereas Atom Smasher seems to build up too slow. I haven't experimented with him and the Rock, but you can't flip Rock until turn 4 or 3 (I forget), opponents cards pending. And Jakeem Williams is good even if you miss Terry because you can fetch something later to save the day. The two should be something techy, like Wesley Dodds <> The Sandman, just to bone people out of a character every turn. He's worth running over Stargirl, and maybe one Manhunter for MKko. Or AGL. The 3-drop is the other Mr. Terrific, the 4 drop should be Dr. Mid-Nite or the 4 drop Hourman.
The 5 is Thunderbolt, which gives Jakeem Williams a worthwhile cause. On turn 4, use Jakeem to find the Thunderbolt, then draw him on turn 5 and pitch him to Thunderbolt to get ANYTHING. Then use the Rock to ready him. Turn 6 is usually Power Girl and maybe Jay Garrick <> The Flash. I don't know. Or care. It's turn 7 that matters.
On turn 7 you MUST have drawn into or previously fetched Alan Scott <> Sentinel, Golden Age Guardian. He bangs the hell out of ANY curve deck. If you trigger him, he turns Power Girl into a 20/19 going into their 7-drop. Hulk is nothing to Power Girl. And Thunderbolt (if you have Mr. Terrific) is a 15/14 going into anything 6 or higher. So. Vicious.
If you do want to run Phantom Stranger, it must be done with the Rock of Eternity. Just that I can't find enough stuff to make the Rock super viable. And there's always that risk that you'll exhaust all your characters and your opponent will blast the Rock in response to it triggering. Especially with Transmutation now, for only 3 life you get a generic Have a Blast!. It'd be tough to run the rock.
Although have you considered teaming them up with JLI?
You can have Booster Gold and Oberon as a nice addition. With Sue dibney as a searcher. Ted Kord to get Equipments. Bwahahahahaha to protect you weenies.
But then again if you want curve then.... I'll shut up now.
