I think we could all contribute a story or two like those for our game. And I am actually old enough that I pulled that Nolan Ryan rookie card from a pack, so I have lots of stories.

One time I had a nasty real-life decision to make. Should I confront the source of my ongoing discomfort, or let the person hang themselves eventually. I stopped at the store and bought one pack of JLA on the way home and told myself that the rare would make my decison. 4-drop Dr. Light, Light Shaper. Do not attack.

Two days later the source of my annoyance got fired for being an ####### to the wrong person. I did not have to lay a finger on him, he doomed himself.

I'm still waiting for Underworld to get character cards for Satan and Son of Satan. And how about 1 drop army characters for the Zuvombies!

For those that don't know: There were some things you couldn't use in comics way back when. So Marvel came up with a different name for zombies and got away with it. (Well, sort of. Readers had a good chuckle over it.)

One time, I shouted "Shazam" just a little too loud, and Captain Marvel showed up and spat in my opponents eyes until they bled.

Then he left with all my extended art cards. I wasn't going to stop him.

Just play some Kryptonite, it takes away his Cosmic Token.

I once taught two fairly attractive girls to play VS at the same time. They were assisted by two of my friends and wanted to gang up against me.

They won on turn 5.

My girlfriend later dumped me because of this. lol

The moral of this story is that you don't teach girls to play cards if you like spending time with them ;)
