I never really liked TNB, but I don't think it was an "unbalanced" concept, so I don't see any problem with finding a way to bring it back.

High Voltage is something that is near universally despised though, so I think the trick if you wanted to think of future cards to encourage TNB, would be to see if you could conceptualize any that are both balanced and also can't be incorporated into HiV.
