When are we going to see the new text? or does it only get new text with every DC set?

new text puts a Cosmic Counter on a character somehow, check the OCR, i think its there. it becomes legal on the 23rd

At the start of the combat phase BOTH players are granted the ability to reveal a character card from hand and put a cosmic counter on a character they control that shares a team affiliation with the revealed character.

Flip Bizarro World only if you control a Revenge Squad character.
At the start of the combat phase, each player may reveal a character card from his hand and choose one of its affiliations. If he does, that player puts a cosmic counter on a cosmic character with that affiliation. (See bizarroworld.com).

Thanks guys. For some reason, when I go to bizarroworld.com, I still see "Your opponents cannot gain endurance." I should have thought to check the OCR *d'oh*

The "can't gain" text is still the current text. The cosmic text becomes legal on the 23rd, and is visible by clicking "preview next text".
