Would you draft a foil Enemy of My Enemy in a PC, consider the fact there are cards in the pack that you need more and you are drafting a mono-teamed deck?
What about in a top 8 draft at a 10k? And PCQ?

It really depends how good the rest of the pack is. If there's something that's really really helpful for your deck, then take that. 1 more win will probably make you more money than 1 extra Enemy.

Not one much for drafting but really often do you run a strictly mono team deck any way,chances there will be at least 1 or 2 off team characters to make curve.

If you only have 1 or 2 off team characters, they are probably strictly curve fillers which you wouldn't want to actually play. So I don't know why you would really want to search for them. EoME becomes a little better if you discard an off team, but what are the chances you draw into both?

I'd take it partially because it's foil EomE and partially because I don't want to pass it and let the next guy smooth his draws (most draft decks end up dabbling in a secondary team)

really? are there special foil-less packs used for drafting at pc's? i wouldn't know, i've never drafted in anything besides a sneak preview.

well it would depend one what pack you were on, like your saying that you already have an established team and streategy, so this must be your third pack, seeing as how on the second pack its still very easy to try and shift into other teams. Also, it would be silly not to pick it, because it would be the first card of the pack so you don't even really know what else there is, only that this very good somewhat difficult to come by card is sitting right in front of you. I'd take the enemy hands down.
