My prize support for VS is late again... here I am, Running my 3rd tournament for the month and I have no prizes to give... whats the deal?

Why is it that when hobbie stores are late at ordering the kits they are punished, but you guys can be late at sending out the kits without punishment? How do i go about punishing you?
