Free-->target opponent who does not control the initiative gains control of Wandering Roughian. If he does, that opponent choses and gives you control of a character he controls with cost 3 or less. Use this power only if you do not control the initiative and only once per turn.

from inspiration my friend. (I also posted it on the OP forums)

It was originally going to be a plot twist but wording it in a way to get around giving your opponent ahmed samsarra just required too much text... and was too open ended methinks.
