so ive seen the big thread on mobilize and all the conflicted views about it,and i wanted to ask what your favorite cards from the legion set are? do you like the set? do you hate the set?

i think my favorite card from what ive seen so far is new recruits 2 thresh hold plot twist discard a lsh search your deck for a cosmic character. a lot of synergy with the heralds set there.

I like the 4 drop superboy I love it TT GO in a can .Ya I just found a new 4 drop for my TT deck . Beast Boy is going to be huge by turn 4 I got him up to a 12/12 .

My favorite from the new set is Wally West<>The Flash, Fastest Man Alive. Attacking during the build phase is awesome. And it's Wally!! As the Flash!!

I also like the Aquawoman Teen Titans got. It's crazy good.

I will have to agree with you there... I was able to get off Wally West consitantly in the sneak peak.... (with the help of XS of course... because of loyalty)

but A cosmic character would come out.. It was his initiative.. I would say.. hmm.. nope.. I don't like that ability.. stun... stun... go to turn six...

It prooved well in the sneak.

I did.. and it landed me 1st in the sneak... Wally West just helped... I would have to say it was the 4 drop Darkseid that really helped me Draw my deck... I would have like 5 to 6 cards left because of Draw a card combos (Computo 5 drop) and Darkseid.

So... really My favorite team in the set would have to be Darkseid and Future Foes... they really have great synergy... Future Foes to force your opponent to discard (or you get a nice ability) then Darkseid to place a really hard choice of either playing a Plot Twist from the resource row or get burned for 2 and I draw a card theme.

Constructed-wise I'm not so sure. I guess Titans would add a little bit to the existing deck(Aquawoman/Raven) and possibly make something of Modern/Silver.

New Recruits is going to spawn all sorts of cosmic teamup decks, though I find it hard to see how anything is going to top the skrull deck.

I don't really see much potential in Future Foes as of yet, while DE has gotten a boatload of new goodness. Dark Matter Drain is going to be great, I can feel it. Neutering a Faces deck near you! And a curve of Darkseid-Dark Warrior is going to be -very- annoying.

I really like the legacy content, however.

Wildfire is good stuff, and fulfills the little fanboy inside - I've been a fan since the 1980s.

I like Timber Wolf's Boost ability - how many characters could you have on turn 4 if you worked him and Booster Gold into a LSH/JLI deck? Delicious.

4-Drop Darkseid is excellent - I hope to be able to run an All Darkseid, All The Time (Crisis on Infinite Darkseids) deck when my boxes arrive, because I don't want to have to lose the 4-drop when I play Darkseid - 8th Century.

Donna Troy is good - it's nice to have her and Crystal for wacky team up decks, though I could have wished for her to be Crisis / Teen Titans affiliated.

Superboy, Inspiration to the Legion seems excellent. I haven't seen one yet, though -- why is it I didn't see one copy of this common card, but I saw about four copies of Superboy Yellow Sun Armor (and read about six or seven more at the Orlando $10K)?

Ferro Lad isn't good, but I like him anyway. I'll probably come around to liking Ultra Boy as well.

I also love Superboy! Still, I think mechanics-wise and how they were represented, I love Wally West. I like cards that break the rules and attacking during the build phase is just awesome. I think it'd be cool to see more characters like this in Speed Force (possibly a 1-drop?).
