Dear Ben Seck (and anyone involved in the WF design team),
Dear Ben,
(Or, Dear TBS, I don't know how attached you are to that nickname,)
Hello! How are things? I hope all is well with you and yours
since my last letter. Things around here are good, perhaps a
little hectic with the Crispness season coming up, and exams
and all - but I thought it was important to drop you a line.
First, congratulations on the debut of your Legion set! I attended
the Sneak Preview and had a blast. I got beaten, repeatedly, but
thanks to a bye and one of my opponents not drawing any characters
for four turns, I got two wins and one pack of LSH for a prize.
Some would be disheartened by a record like that, but my eyes
were still dazzled from having my beloved Legion characters in
card form.
Now, to the point of my note: I didn't open a copy of Tenzil Kem <>
Matter-Eater Lad in my Sneak Preview packs. I chalked that up to bad
luck. But then, when I got home and searched DocX's card search engine,
I couldn't find him there either. You understand this is a little
upsetting for me. I think you saw my earlier post where I - perhaps
jokingly - asked for three different versions of Matter-Eater Lad. Sure,
that would be excessive, and would interfere with your design vision
of having one version of each character - which I heartily applaud.
However, to completely skip over the use of Matter-Eater Lad? That
seems more like a procedural error rather than a reasonable choice.
I can only conclude that his absence from the set was a mistake.
So, let's try and make sure that the Tenzil Kem <> Matter-Eater Lad
card doesn't get lost again this time around! When thinking about
Legionnaires legacy cards for World's Finest, remember to correct the
unfortunate error and include the Senator for Bismoll.
Thanks for your time, and I'm sure you won't let me down. Have a happy holiday, and thanks again for the great set. (Don't listen to the haters.)

--yours,
CarbonBased
and the best part is ben will definitely read this. bravo.
H.I.V.E. (Hierarchy of International Vengeance and Extermination)To give brother blood something and maybe a another shot to give cyborg and bumble bee something to be broken on.......
H.I.V.E. (Hierarchy of International Vengeance and Extermination) the Anti-Matter Version maybe to give anti matter something else besides just rush and burn as a option.......
No offense to Carbon Based but I think Lyle Norg<>Invisible Kid was a bigger omission.
Lyle Norg<>Invisible Kid

Cosmic> Remove a cosmic counter from a character you control, Lyle Norg gets +1 ATK this attack.
The absence of Invisible Kid is shocking, I agree. There should be some consideration for a Lyle Norg legacy card as well, to go with the Tenzil Kem card inadvertantly omitted from the DLS set.
Is Arm Fall Off Boy in the art for Substitute Heroes? Mmmmm. In-jokes.
Lobo and HIVE - I'm not really feeling them. Maybe they'll show up in the next set.
Don't worry... I've been listening! I'm just as much a Legion fan as you - and you may be in for a pleasant surprise come World's Finest for you favorite omnivorous Legionnaire! As for Lyle... let just say I decided to play a little joke that probably wasn't fair for the Invisible Kid - I needed to make some cuts from the set, so I thought that some fans would find funny Lyle's disappearing act from the Legion of Super Heroes! I appreciate all your feedback - I'm glad you guys like the set as much as I had fun making it.
Keep your suggestions coming - I'm always listening to your feedback! (That's how Wally West gets made :))
