Hello everyone! I've been tossing around the idea of getting a box of DCR lately, and have decided to get one. Once I get it, the main deck I would like to build is a Checkmate/Villains United deck. I would just like to hear your views on what decks I should use, and how they work. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

I listed crisis as the best set so far in another thread, and there are several reasons for it. Villians rush/burn/ko is solid, as well as the more challenging shadowpact "Stop hitting yourself" theme. If you're interested in either of those, or several of the other competetive builds born from Crisis, metagame provides a great many decklists for events. If you'd rather not check, let me know and I'll post some, in the deck garage.
