HoG came out in Dec
LoSH came out in Jan
MTU came out in Feb
And i think WF comes out in March

I think ude should stop making sets until Pc Indy is over.
If another set comes out after WF. HoG will never be in Modern age.
This is how it should go.

Nov-Golden age pc

3 months between Pc's
New sets happen every 3 months except that fact that there is one in april.That way they are 4 new sets every modern age PC. That way there is not a new set every month. Also since there is a month free before the PC. that gives time to play test. It gives a month after the PC for Pcq then new set comes out. a month of pcq with that set in play.

A month to play test a new set before the PC
3 months of Pcq's
1 and 1/2 month of pcq with the set from the PC
1 and 1/2 month of pcq with a new set
Every year modern age will have 4 new sets.
Sets dont come out too fast.

Heralds came out in September, Legions in December, MTU in February. So...pretty much one every three months?

That doesn't sound right at all. MTU will be out at the end of the month. Legion was right at the cusp of Nov/Dec, around my b-day. I also could've sworn that Heralds came out a LOT earlier than that. I mean like September there. Their general set release schedule is roughly once per three months, though there's always been a bit of fluctuation there. Usually, the first sets of the year come in a bit closer, with a 4-month gap in the summer or fall. As for World's Finest, I wouldn't expect until May, though I'd have to go and look up an exact date. Personally, if it means getting some teams I'd otherwise miss, I'll take an increase in sets per year. lol ^_^

Dunno, Magic has a cycle of 3 sets, and to be honest the draft set becomes very, very boring about a month out before a new set releases. Sure it's a bit more of a pain for collectors, but it's more fun to have fresh cards all the time. Look at WOW right now, all the fever is dying down because everyone knows the matchups... the forums are nearly dead. I say keep up the pace, plus I think they are contractually obligated to put out 2 sets of each anyway.

I agree that the time between Legion and Marvel Team-Up was a little short to me but I'm pretty sure World's Finest isn't coming out till June so there should be no worries there.

Are you in a different country than the US? In the rest of the US (including here in St. Louis) Heralds came out early September, Legion mid-December, and MTU will be out last week of Feb./first week of March. If you're in a different country then that may be the explanation.

Nope, actually the Heralds Sneak Preview was the weekend of August 26. You're off by more than 2 months.

I remember because I couldn't attend it due to that being college move-in day.

The sets have been coming out at the same pace they always have. I don't see the problem with three months.

You seem to have been misinformed.

Here is the release date for the following sets in the United States.

Marval Team Up set should come out on 2/21/07.
Legion of Superheroes came out on 12/13/06.
Heralds of Galactus came out on 9/6/06.
