EDIT: On Earth-353, UDE attempted to achieve this goal by creating another card: Rogue, Sisterhood:

X-Rated makes me spider senses tingle. the thing i dont like is that there are a bunch of other cards that do very smilair things but without the need of the Mutant trait.

Rouge Sisterhood should be sent to a diff Earth.
