I would lower the number of leaders and probably go w/ pure reservists for massive beats and use Mobilize instead of Aveners Assemble
Ironically the reason I went Leader is to avoid using the 200$ set of Mobolize :( I can't honestly say the Leader version is better, but if it's not I am sure the slight drop in playablity is worth NOT having to use that damn card. ;)
How about this then (Silver Age?)

I think Assemble is the optimal search card for Avengers, even though many other players think reservists are better. They frequently miss the combat bonuses offered by the Avengers leaders. The ability to force substandard attacks from the opponent due to defense for free, or to attack without stunning back, or to even attack up the curve are all significant abilities, and all hurt your opponent with no additional card expenditures required. Card efficiency as I see it.
Learn how to use your formations a lot though, as that will offer great options.
I'd also add in a couple of 1 drop Beasts since, he is a 2/1 and a reservist, so he helps the rest of the deck, and avengers love to get in to combat. Remember that you won't always get to choose initiative, and having a back up plan is their best strategy. If you know that you are going 2nd, Black Widow is awesome with Beast on turn 2. Also, when combined with Warbird on 4, Black Widow is the perfect Team attacker. Bounce the opposing 4 drop, and free stun the 3? That leaves a big nasty Black Panther to crush in some damage.
Hawkeye 5 is fun times, too. I liked using assemble on 5 to go get the 4 drop and then recruit the 5 drop. A power up, and the 5 drop came in as a 12/10. Not too shabby.

If you are running a Team Attack build I think Carol Danvers becomes the main 4 drop because she is so awesome. I also like Hawkeye at 5 because of his leader and he stops your characters from stunning while team attacking or just attacking larger characters. Bamf effects are always pretty good. I would drop the Sub-Mariners for Hawkeye and I dont think that 4 Avengers Mansions are really worth it since you arent running a standard number of reservists as in the common avengers build.
