I recently ordered some cards from Shufle and Cut (my first time doing so). ~$40 order, with insurance. They should have been here a week ago (was a "3 business day" order), and they haven't arrived yet.
Is there anything I can do given that I purchased insurance?
If so, at what point of them not arriving do I do anything?
Why don't you give them a phone call, I've always found everyone I've ever dealt with there to be friendly and proffesional. I'm certain they will attempt to satisfy you.
Contact them before you do anything. Preferably even before you post looking for help. If given the opportunity to right a potential wrong, most stores will bend over backward.
S&C always deliver; the two times I ordered from them (granted, it's been over a year) it did take a bit longer than you might be used to. Still, one week is no time to panic, they will get your stuff to you.
