Invisible Woman, Flame On! says:
Cosmic: Whenever Invisible Woman attacks or defends, target player loses 1 endurance for each face-up resource you control.
Exploiting the Flaw says:
Target exhausted, non-attacking Inhumans character you control becomes an attacker and cannot cause breakthrough this attack. Remove all other attackers from this attack.
So if you attack with another character and bring Invisible Woman into the attack, does her ability trigger? I'm rather sure the answer is no, that it only triggers when she exhausts to attack, but I just want to be sure.
For cards like Exploiting the Flaw which are really unusual, you'll often find helpful clarifications in the appropriate FAQ:

If the target becomes an attacker, it will trigger “whenever this character attacks” powers, but not “whenever this character defends” powers. A character that becomes an attacker during a team attack also becomes a team attacker. Removed attackers don't ready.
She has become an attacker, which also means she has attacked, triggering her power. And from the Attacks glossary entry in the CRD:
Quote
A character “attacks” whenever it “becomes an attacker.” The two terms mean the same thing. However, if a character "can't attack," it means only that it can't be proposed as an attacker. (See rule 601.2.) It can still become an attacker through modifiers. Such modifiers can be applied to any character that meets the restrictions within the modifier's text, even if that character could not legally attack the defender. (See rule 602.2c.)
Yeah, looks like I was wrong. Did some looking around and found the below posted on another thread. I guess it's just confusing to me because I'm originally a Magic player and there are very similar cards to this in that game, but this trick wouldn't work there because the act of attacking and the act of becoming an attacker at some later point in combat are different.

For a bit of context, there had already been a parallel rule for "defends" and "becomes a defender," since there were defender-swapping tricks appearing as early as the Crime Lords in MMK. The wording of defense-triggered powers even changed between "Whenever X defenders" and "Whenever X becomes a defender" at one point.
Exploiting the Flaw was the first of its kind, though, so the issue hadn't really come up for attacks until MHG.
