The Alley:
Whenever a Morlocks character you control recovers, target opponent loses 1 endurance.
Activate >>> Stunned characters you control cannot be KO'd by effects your opponents control during the combat phase this turn.


Total Anarchy:
Ongoing: Whenever a character with a cost of 3 or less becomes stunned, KO that character.

Once The Alley's effect has resolved, it stops any of the opponent's effects from KOing your stunned character.

Total Anarchy's effect is triggered, but it's still an effect, and will still be prevented by The Alley.

As long as your evading during the combat phase, then you're characters should be alright and won't K.O.

Keep in mind the Total Anarchy would also have to be controlled by your opponent.
