Ok, so, I already have a UDE number, but the games manager for the store I play at wants me to e-mail UDE and get a number for him so we can use him as the TO/Judge for our tournaments and upload them with Mantis. From the Metagame thing about City Championships I already know where I need to send the e-mail, but I'm not sure exactly what I need to e-mail them IE do I need date of birth, address, ect. and so on?

Another question: the store I'm going to plans to run it's City Champsionship tomarrow. I have Mantis on my laptop. If I take it and use it for the tournament, does anyone think that once our games manager gets his UDE number that we will be able to sanction it with UDE after the fact? I just want to make sure that whoever wins will be able to send their deck in for the contest thing. Thanks in advance for your help!

From what I understand, here are the answers:

1. You need to send them your email, UDE # (if you need that then this'll prove to be difficult), place where you registered for it at, birthday. Sometimes they want your address with other info, depends.

2. I think he needs to be a registered TO at the time of the tournament for it to count. I'll be honest though, I'm not positive on this one.

Actually it seems as though he wants the store owner to get a UDE number so he can judge/TO events to let more people play. I haven't the slightest idea of getting a UDE # without playing in an event though.
