Stunned characters with willpower

I'm assuming since willpower is in the text box that while a character with a willpower of lets say 4 is stunned it's willpower is 0. Am I correct?

You are correct Sir. While all characters have willpower, Zero unless otherwise stated, all characters have a Willpower of Zero when stunned.
