Hellstorm and stunning - clarification

Hellstorm is the defender and gets stunned in an attack. Since a stunned character also becomes exhausted, does his text trigger, or does it not trigger because he was face down when he became exhausted?

Hellstorm’s power doesn't trigger when he becomes stunned, because his text box becomes inactive. It triggers only when he goes from being ready to face-up-and-exhausted for the first time each turn.

And reposted from this recent thread about the new 5-drop Hulk:

For powers that are triggered by a few particular things---breakthrough, stunning, or leaving play---you look at the moment right beforehand to see if the power can be triggered. For powers that trigger off of anything else, you look at the moment right afterwards.

Hulk's power is triggered by exhaustion, so you look at the moment right after he exhausts to determine whether his power can trigger---and since he doesn't have that power right after becoming stunned, the stun can't trigger his power.

If Hulk is ever going to be stunned, you should probably find a way to exhaust him first. Heat Vision FTW!
