Dark Matter Drain what are you aloud to target i don't uderstand this card can you target team-ups or non- team up please help
You can target any face up resource as long as it is not the only Team-Up they have. So if they had 2 Faces of Evil (a Team-Up) up, you could target the one of them. But if they only had 1 Faces of Evil up, you could not target it. If the only thing they have face up is an Avengers Mansion (a non-Team-Up), you can still target it because it is not a Team-Up.
So basically it can target anything unless it fulfills both of these conditions: 1) it is a Team-Up. and 2) it is the only face-up resource they control.

You can targetany face-up resource an opponent controls. But you can only do the rest(putting a character in their resource row and KO'ing the target resource) if it is not the only team-up they control.
I thought this card was terrible for the longest time, thinking it could only target your opponent's team-ups and only if they had more than one. I like to think of myself as a relatively smart guy, but this card pwned me hard for a long time.
This Card is probally DE's best card, as it lets you get rid of almost anything and you can use it each turn, not to mention you know whats in thier row, garbage cause you put it there. It also Makes Dark Kryptonian and Kanto so much easier to know who to target.

Your target won't be replaced if it's the only Team-Up they control. So the restriction is tighter than the two conditions you listed; if the opponent has 4 Flying Kick's face-up, and also a single Coercion, you won't be able to replace the Coercion.
You can replace any face-up resource that isn't a Team-Up, and if they have more than one Team-Up, you can replace any face-up resource.
