This is a pretty basic weenie rush deck. Lots of 1 and 2 drop characters and lots of pumps. Hit 'em early, hard, and fast and try to win on 5, although 4 would be possible with a nut draw. I've built various versions of this deck for a variety of formats, and it's highly competitive in all of them.
In playing this deck, you want to take odds if you can get them, then mulligan for two characters that can be played on turns 1 and 2 (either two 1 drops or a 1 and a 2). With this deck it's normally better to recruit two smaller characters rather than one larger character. Forget reinforcing against most attacks, especially if the defender can stun the attacker. This deck needs to attack at every opportunity.
2 drops
Bart Allen <> Kid Flash, Heir to the Mantle
Bette Kane <> Batwoman, Titans Tomorrow East
Holly Granger <> Hawk, Avatar of Chaos
Malice Vundabar, Female Fury
3 drops

Dark Firestorm, Mockery
5 drops
Tim Drake <> Batman, Titans Tomorrow West
Dark Superboy, Mockery
6 drop
Dark Champion, Mockery
7 drop
Kara Zor-El, Female Fury

Basically, this is a very consistent curve deck that makes use of the DE resource-row control and the limited amount of plot twists in this format. You want to mulligan for a 2-drop - preferably Dawn Granger, as she'll bring out your 1 for you. On 3, you want to try and team-up, so try and get out Lashina (preferably) or Dark Firestorm. 4 is situational - Stompa is great is your opponent is playing Checkmate or LoA, otherwise, Darkseid or Knockout is better. Knockout's effect is amazing, especially in a substitute deck - she can swing up curve, and, instead of stunning, you can stun Bette Kane. Then, you can bounce Bette back to your hand to row their 5-drop! Keep their row under control, use your large defense-characters and cards like Ravaged!, Order and Chaos, and T-Jet to wall attacks, and just outlast them. Your field should keep growing while theirs shrinks.
