Well im just wondering if UDE has contacted all the stores that are going to be hosting the first set of Elite Series?

We know EdgeWorld in So Cal and I think there was one announced in local events some where in the North Carolina so if you know let us know.

Erick I saw some where you posted there would only be like 25 elite series where did you get thouse numbers?

In the Realms, eventually never comes.

I talked with Patrick Swift about this late last week and my fuzzy memory says he was trying to get things nailed down by the end of this week. I'm just hopeful we'll be able to get an Elite Series here in Atlanta at a store that's within reasonable driving distance.

If you are in Nor Cal I have heard from Games of Berkley they will be holding an Elite Series

When I talked to the UDE rep... that's the number she gave me.

I posted earlier this week that Games of Berkeley is the NorCal location because they were on the email list that went out to us regarding information about the Elite Series.

AndrewBircher told me via IM that Ames, Iowa has one too.

This is a very limited event so I suggest that you have an ES in your area... to go... because I have no idea if or when UDE will hold more.

Well, our store has applied to be in the SECOND wave of Elite Series stores... I remember seeing something on realms about North Carolina Getting one.

Wilson, NC will be the First (According to themselves)

We got the email saying we got approved to host the ES tourney. When I posted, I meant it was the first ES tourney of more ES tourneys to come, not that we were the first to host it. Sorry about the confusion.

So these are the currently known Elite Series locations:

3) Mayhem In Ames Iowa (this was confirmed Andrew?)
4) Games of Berkeley, NoCal
5) B&R Games in Marietta, GA

My pure speculation:
6) Someplace in Columbus Ohio on the 24th of June so Yugi nats scrubouts can play (HINT, HINT UDE ;) )
7) King Games, NYC
8) WarDogs, Jacksonville, FL (I hope, great store and they've been reguarly working with regional PTO if that counts for anything)
9) Someplace in Orlando
10) Someplace in Miami (3 in Florida? iffy)
11) GameNightz, Phoenix
12) Denver/Co Springs
13) Niles, IL
14) Houston
15) Another TX location
16) Washington state area
17) PA location
18) Canada
19) some other NE location
20) Is the Black Rose in Salt Lake City still doing VS stuff? I could see them getting one if they are.
21) Some love for Indy?
22) Some love for good ol' Star City?

the name of the store in Wilson, NC is The Hobby Shop=).

I would assume StarCity Games out of Roanoke, VA would be getting it too because they've done so much with PCQ's as a PTO in the past in VA and NC, but we've heard nothing from them about it. BTW, our shop name in NC is The Hobby Shop. Pretty generic name, but it gets the point across.

You might want to include Indianapolis. We're always a big center for gaming.
