So i have a question that hopefully someone can answer for me. Everyone here in Las Vegas has received their PC Check from Sydney, but I still have not. Everyone has had there for about a week now I suppose. How long do I wait to say something to UDE. How do I contact them? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Anyway, Valde, you might have some luck by emailing [email protected]
(make sure to add them to your safe list, as their site says they're often automatically stopped by spam filters)
or by calling CS @ 1-800-873-7332...
I also recall seeing an email address resembling [email protected], but am not positive about that one.
Does your UDE card have the "player" email listed on it?
Edit: Scott G's email is scott(underscore)gaeta@upperdeck dot com, and while I'm sure that he's not the right person to contact first, he's likely a good person to turn to if the other options don't pan out favourably.
You live in Vegas? Me thinks Valde signed the back of the check, threw it in a poker pot and got busted on the river. Now he wants UDE to cancel it & get a new check.
