I'm having problems with a back up 3 and other options, the only non-evasion char. is Man-thing because of his defense, and if Last standed he's crazy. This deck has some great reality gem abuse, and there already is a few ways to draw cards but you can never have enough, hence the Black cat + Ego gem combo. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, Esp on an alternate 3 and a possible 7. and generic pt support as well, thx F

You might want to read Michael's article that would help with making up your mind on your three, and may point you in another direction.

My son uses it in his Morlock deck...and I cry everytime

i'd go with either healer or richochet on three. both have great effects and they are both on team for this deck. as far as a 7, i'd say ape. and with the number of stunned characters you're going to have i would add morlock justice's and last laughs. both cards burn, and if you're attacking morlock justice makes one character lose reinforcement for the turn.

Marrow is your win condition. Fill your board with evaded Morlocks. Save your pumps for that big attack...its sick....go with Healer

Savage Tofu has a deck similar for this for RP using Kole from the Teen titans. Being that I am new to the game most of these ideas may have been around for a while but they are just now dawning on me, so if I am being redundant please forgive me. Already I despise net decks, and this could easily begin to lean in that direction. Out of respect for Savage Tofu I will not add Kole to my build so please don't suggest her, and next time maybe it will be my turn. Here's to wishful thinking.

P.S. I will still run this build so anymore suggestions will be appreciated the ones given already have been extremely helpful.

Id drop man thing for daredevil and then ##### slap them with no reinforcement with marrow/morlock justice/bums ruch/retributions/shrapnel blasts you can muster...it is VERY fun

also Last laugh is your best friend. :)

With Spider-Friends in the deck you could run Sleepwalker on 4, he will let you swap a characters att. and def. for an attack. Brickwall on 6 with Man-Thing and 1 - 4 last stands, swap his stats on your initiative, and swing Man-Thing for 54 pts + damage.

That would be sick, Spider-friends usually annoy me because everyone runs them (w spiderman) so I don't know many of the cards.

Starks tower>forsaken...forbidden loyalties>forsaken the replacement is just too risky because hardly any morlocks have reservist.

Unfortunately Sleepwalker is a rare from MTU. Kinda hard to get, I only have 2 out of 4 boxes and multiple drafts! But, yea, he can make the Man-Thing (or any bottom-heavy character) a real beast given the right circumstances.

Last Stand has become a great evasion-deck defense pump, why didn't anyone see this when MSM came out? Maybe there was no way to take advantage of the big defense until recently (Bizarro 5 drop, Sleepwalker).

Yeah I just kind of threw the team ups in there not thinking about stark tower, I built it in like 5 minutes. Starks tower would be the better team up

Yea, My luck is hit or miss sometimes. I did get 6 EomE out of 7 boxes of x-men, so i guess it's not too bad!
