The basic turn by turn play is up to the player of the deck, but I prefer to go something like this:
Aunt May, fetch a Spider-Man (I recommend Starks Protege for turn 7)
Blade, activate on their 2 drop.
Meatmarket, team them up use Blade on their 2 drop.
Blackheart KO their 3 drop, use Blade on their 4 drop
Morbius, KO their 2 drop, use Blade on their 5 drop, attack with morbius for endurance gain.
Daredevil, KO their 1 drop (if it is still around) use Blade on their 6 drop, attack with Daredevil pay attack, exhaust their board.
Spider-Man, Exhaust their 7 Drop, use Blade on there 7 Drop.
I like the idea. I don't know about Blade's discard cost being covered enough though. Where are you getting the extra cards to discard from? Maybe Empire State University would do some good?
- You need Gift Wrapped. Stark's Protege has 16 ATK to pay, and Hulk has 17 ATK, so you have to have Gift Wrapped to exhaust him.
- You need Empire State Building. Without it, you won't be able to afford all the discard costs. It also helps you hit your key plot twists.
- This deck is going to have problems beating a Defenders deck that uses the Hulk AE. You need a solid strategy for beating one. "Noble Kale, win" won't cut it when they have 75 endurance to work with.
- I think you'll see a lot of games going to 8 or farther in this format. I played two 7's and two 8's in my stall deck, and I had one match where I used all of them. You might consider finding room for a Sentry and an Underworld 7 drop. Sentry and Stark's Protege, together with Gift Wrapped, should swing any matches that go long to your favor.
I don't run Gift Wrapped. Noting wrong with it as i see it, but I think it might be a little tough to use against bounce decks at times. Sable will wreck your field while holding you off while defending or attacking. Very irritating to deal with. Sable on 4, Surfer on 6, and that infernal Soul Survival for anyone else, and wth WAFF you just don't get too many outright safe attacks in this format. 2 drops getting stun backs against 6's and such. it's almost inhumane.
The Hulk AE isn't as much trouble for many of the decks, because they rarely deal out as much damage as they are taking in, and that means they can't beat you but so hard. Using the anti readying effects proved to hurt Hulk most of all.
