Ok boys and girls, here's today's pack, fresh from my unopened packs that I put aside for doing these:
6 - Brahma, Supermen of America
Team Superman
Cosmic: Characters in your support row can’t be attacked while Brahma is visible in your front row.
12/13
2 - Hostile Takeover
Plot Twist
Ongoing: KO a Revenge Squad character you control >> Target character gets -3 DEF this turn. Use only once per turn.
5 - Superman, Man of Tomorrow
Team Superman
Superman has invulnerability during your first attack and defense each turn.
9/9 - Flight / Range
3 - Geo-Force, Brion Markov
Outsiders
When Geo-Force enters play, you may exhaust target character with cost 2 or less.
4/5 - Flight / Range
3 - Two-Face, Jekyll and Hyde
Gotham Knights, Arkham Inmates
Discard a card >>> If that card’s cost is odd, Two-Face gets +2/+2 this turn. Use only once per turn.
4/4 - Range
2 - Hush Baby
Plot Twist
Target Arkham Inmates attacker you control gets +2 ATK this attack and also gets +2 DEF if it’s not adjacent to any characters
5 - Grace, The Bouncer
Outsiders
Whenever Grace becomes stunned by a character an opponent controls with greater cost, recover and ready her. This power triggers only once per turn.
9/9
3 - Batman, Problem Solver
Gotham Knights
Concealed-Optional. Activate, discard a Gotham Knights character card >> Negate target effect from a non-ongoing plot twist. Use only during the combat phase.
5/4 - Range
4 - Batzarro, World’s Worst Detective
Arkham Inmates
Reservist. Batzarro can’t attack. Insanity: Batzarro can’t not attack instead.
9/8 - Range
1 - Beside Myself
Plot Twist
Play only if you control an Arkham Inmates character.
Ongoing: Insanity: Whenever you draw one or more cards, flip a coin. If you win the flip, draw an additional card.
5 - Catwoman, Jewel Thief
Arkham Inmates, Gotham Knights
Concealed-Optional. Whenever Catwoman stuns a defender, choose one: draw a card; or target player discards a card.
10/9
3 - All Locked Up
Plot Twist
Target attacker can’t cause breakthrough this attack while attacking an Arkham Inmates defender that’s not adjacent to any characters.
3 - Burn Baby Burn
Plot Twist
Target Arkham Inmates attacker you control gets +3 ATK this attack.
Insanity: You can play this card form your KO’d pile. When you do, remove it form the game.
7 - Killer Croc, Cannibal
Arkham Inmates
Reservist. Discard a card at random >> Killer Croc gets +X ATK this turn, where X is that card’s cost. Use only once per turn.
14/17
Depending on preference, I like Geo-Force for the Outsiders deck, but Beside Myself would set up Insanity Very well. I also like the 5 drop Superman, but I think he is behind the others.
This is a tough one. The pack looked very weak until I stumbled upon the insanity cards. This pack has some very strong Arkham Cards so whoever you are passing to will most likely be going after Arkham after this pack goes around I really like Beside Myself, Batzarro, and Burn Baby Burn. Burn Baby Burn would basically lock you into Insanity and Arkham though and Beside myself wil do the same. I think I would take Batzarro as the beatstick.
i like the 5-drops. i'd probably take Catwoman, since you can go Arkham or GK depending on the table, and you can shift to the BoP concealed-optional strategy if it becomes available.
Beside Myself is probably the best Insanity card in the set and unless you're dead set against going Insanity it's almost an auto-first pick. Since this is only the second pack, and assuming Arkham is not completely out of reach, Beside Myself is best.
That said, I also really like Batzarro and Catwoman (for great stats and card draw respectively).
Beside Myself in a heartbeat. This pack is probably going to have a GOOD Arkham card table back to you, and Beside Myself is one of the few cards I'm tempted to actually call a Bomb Rare... I've drawn my deck on turn 6 after flipping it on turn 4, let alone sooner (that was in SEALED).
I mean, if you draw all your pumps AND a bunch of guys (so you can go off curve and blow said pumps on stunning their board while taking minimal stunback damage - or if you luck out and get Cassandra or, god forbid, Joker, pitch your hand to other pumps), you should easily win, right?
It's not like passing this pack sans rare is a strong 'Go Arkham!' signal - there are too many good Arkham rares for that.
Superman is pretty good too, if you ignore the rare.
Yes, Batzarro is awesome, but going Insanity is actually a pretty big price to pay. Joker and Beside Myself are worth it, everything else, I'm not sure.
Particularly since someone else may go insanity.
Geo Force is pretty good when you're on evens, which you probably want to be. Grace is good, but not so much if people are drafting aggressive decks.
There's only one Revenge Squad card in the pack, which will be interesting later.
Personally, I would take the Catwoman, great stats, card drawing and it sets up up for two teams insted of just locking you into just one if you were to pick anything else in this pack.
Also, think of this, if you pick the Superman or the Catwoman out of this pack, you are sending a strong "I'm not playing Arkham" and there is enough Arkham cards in this pack where the guy next to him might also pick Arkham as his team, which means you will get hooked up later with some tight Team Superman or Gotham Knights stuff.
Well, I don't like insanity (then again, I don't like draft either, so who knows).
Lots of good 5 drops to Choose from. I like superman. Grace is strong, but if this pack is coming back to you, the only good team choice you are likely to have is Arkham. I'd take Catwoman and start thinking in terms of Arkham with GK.
While I do not like insanity, I see the strength that can be achieved with it. This choice would weaken insanity decks as well as give you some options with draw/discard. When the pack comes back around, you could grab a plot twist, or maybe even Killer Croc for late game (my draft games seem to run long, so I find it helpful to have a solid late game plan in place). If people pull all the psychos, you can still grab Batman for the GK side of things.
If you want to run insanity (or if you are CONSIDERING IT), Take beside myself. It might even be worth it to take to deny it to someone else. Its a really strong card. I just don't like the restriction.
Grace without a doubt. There is way too much good Arkham in the pack to take any of it. Hostile Takeover is also good, but it's usually better to pick characters first.
I would Also have to Say either Grace Or Batman 3 Drop.
Grace is just amazing on Even Init on turn 6 She's like Bash your 6 then bash your 5 swing in with the rest.
Batman is a Very Strong Card as He negates Alot Of Attack pumps in the Set in addtion ato being a Solid 5/4 Beater.
Odds are with All The Busted AI effects in the Past it will Put 2-3 people Into Insanity decks. Meaning CatWoman will Probally Table Giving you a Solid GK Deck, if you doesnt perhaps Two Face will come back but unlikely. If not Then SUperman (5) Is a Solid 5 to take 9th.
If you Go with Grace you hope Either GeoForce or Hostile Take over Come back. On for Regular OUtsiders and the other for Outsiders/RS.

Grace can be amazing, but if you end up with odd initiatives then she is pretty much a blank card or if your opponent is going off curve (RS or Outsiders). I just think there are too many situations where she will be blank.
Catwoman is too decent to pass up. My only reasoning for not choosing her:
To block my opponents from getting Beside Myself.
Or for Two-Face if I have not already drafted enough lower drops.
On the return, if it came back to me; I would choose Two-Face or Batman.
Two-Face prefered.
