If I don't get a response from you, I will bad ref you. Also, I will take further action. Just to let everyone know, we made a trade about two months ago. He recieved my cards, and ref'd me for it. About a month and a half later, I still hadn't recieved anything from him. Right after, he's says they came back because his girlfriend didn't use enough postage, was resending it the next day. Were now over two weeks later, and no further communication from him. He I don't hear something by Friday of this week, I will be giving him a bad ref, and pursuing mail fraud charges. Unless given a good reason, I no longer trust him, and consider him a bad trader.

Has anyone been in contact with him lately?

Well, he's a Janker like myself, so let me see if I can get ahold of him in our boards. I've tried it with him once or twice, and it went very well. I'll see what I can figure out.

I also have the same problem with the same story, its been over a month though, this was when the first City Champs were being help.

Yes he gave me the whole "I got back and my girlfriend forgot to send out" from grilled cheese

He told me she applied the wrong postage. I was supposed to get zero hour, 7 drop two face, and two trigon. He immediatly gave me the I'm not a ripper speech. Then he said the cards just came back to him in the mail. Hearing you say that, just tells me I'll probably end up bad refing him, and filling for mail fraud. What's funny, is the fact he ref'd me for the cards he received from my end of the trade.

Well if you will be mail frauding him, we should wait and see if there are anymore traders that got ripped, then we can all send it in together, maybe contact the local police and actually get something done. Usually mail fraud does nothing unless multiple accounts come in with complaints.

Too true. I wonder who else will come forward. I know he did multiple trades during that time period.

I think contacting the local police will actually do something, mail fraud is a long process. How about if we write him a letter, and if he doesn't contact us, we contact the local department near his address.

Ok, I'm writting a letter to grilledcheese, representing everyone involved in this. I'm basically going to tell him if he doesn't pony up some cards, we will be pursuing mail fraud charges. How much time should I give him, before we persue mail fraud?
