The usual disclaimers, I didn't make this list (Credit Taekmkm/Chris again), all that good stuff.

1 MHG-045 Admiral Galen Kor ~ Lunatic Legion
1 MHG-065 Shatterax ~ Starforce
1 MHG-046 Bron Char ~ Lunatic Legion
Plot Twists:
3 MHG-082 Remnant Fleet
4 MHG-081 Pressed into Service ~ Team-Up
2 MHG-075 Improper Burial
4 MHG-076 Live Kree . . . or Die!
2 MHG-087 The Lunatic Legion
Locations:
3 MHG-084 Stargate
1 MHG-079 Penal Colony
3 MHG-124 The Great Refuge
1 MHG-202 Ego the Living Planet
2 MHG-182 Soul World
3 MHG-074 Hala
1 MHG-210 Negative Zone ~ Shadow Dimension
1 MHG-115 Attilan
Equipment:
3 MHG-088 Universal Weapon
You'll notice that the Inhumans are definitely emphasized more. Along with the more reliable searching in the upped number of The Great Refuge. Also, the Universal Weapons are new. The play against Spidey-Stall or just any deck that relies on their row, is to press out Ronan The Accuser ~ Starforce and equip it to him. That SHOULD shut them down.
The Negative Zone is for the annoying Underworld decks, Deadpool builds, and Skrulls. The Improper Burial supplies more off initiative help against Control Builds. Also, the Attilan just makes your whole life easier.
Has it had any problems with resource row replacement, it seems like keeping a row all up might be hard in this enviorment. Maybe I see too much other Kree, Darkseid, etc..
The Terraform locations definitely help that out. I'm not gonna lie, resource replacement does take a toll on it but, if the lower cost characters get rowed, Pressed Into Service lets you fix up your row. That and the Terraform.
It does hurt the higher drop consistency but for the kill turn, you really only need 3-4 face-up resources for The Great Refuge in most cases anyway though so, it should be okay. In case you do need a Shatterax or something of the sort, then you'll either need to search out and play Dr. Minerva (and sack a bit) or just Stargate for it.
An interesting build, it seems like you're filling too many of the slots with tech cards and losing a lot of what makes Kree stronger in the first place. I can't think of the matchup where I'd rather be playing this than good old fashioned Kree.

In an unknown environment where there are a bunch of decks that can roll over Kree, it's hard to not wanna play the tech cards. We playtested (this was back in the day when we all thought we were going) and WAY too many decks that we had just slaughtered Kree. After we switched the stuff around to make it more techish, it did a lot better.

I can't help thinking that you must have had a really lousy Kree build. The only deck that ever "slaughters" mine is Darkseid, and then only when it gets Dark Matter Drain early and takes out Stargate.

When I say slaughtered, I don't mean every game was incredibly one-sided. Rather, I mean that 80%+ of the time the deck facing Kree won.
I stand by what I said. If you had a lot of decks that were beating Kree 80% of the time, you had a pretty lousy Kree build that wasn't representative of what you would face in Indy.

Either that or, omg, we must've made decks that actually beat good Kree Decks! Again, doesn't matter to me what happens in Indy, I'm not going so, I'll just hope and pray there's another PC.
EDIT: I'm guessing when you mean "Standard Kree" you meaning something like this?:

I agree, I think you are wasting space with team-up ect...
You probably need more pumps. I do love the idea of Attilan tough.

I've never tried Ego Gem, has anyone else found it to be useful?

Slaughter Swamp?
Ego Gem is really amazing. It was pretty standard even in the Kree Builds in Ohio Modern. I mean, Minerva might as well do something off init when you KNOW she's gonna get smashed at.
...Yeah...no Slaughter Swamp, oops. I'll change that now.
