(Warning: What follows is a Golden Age Combo Deck)
This is by far, the most fun deck I've ever played, so I thought I'd unveil it here.
It can regularly both gain between 20 and 41 endurance (all in one go) sometime between turns 4 and 6, and also pump the board, anyways you choose to divide it, by ~ +24/+24 on turn 6.
However, it's insanity (i.e. - fragile), combo (not as consistent), and it's Golden Age ... so don't get too excited. It's not consistent enough to warrant considering competitively over something as solid as say, Infi-Doom or a TNB Variant, but if you want a chance of smacking down some Golden Age decks with Arkham Insanity, this may be your best shot.
Before I go any further, here's the current list. There are still some changes I want to make (I really would like a Money Talks, for example), but until I actually get my hands on the other cards I would like for it, the list stays as the deck actually exists in the sleeves, not how I would like it be ideally. That stuffs all just better filler anyways, the combo-portion and card-drawing engine are still intact and operational.

The in's-and-outs of each individual card would take much too long to describe, so here's a quick synopsis.
It's an Arkham/Gotham-Knights team up.
The basic idea is to abuse as many possible card-drawing effects as metahumanly possible (which GK is chalked full of, not to mention Golden Age itself), all through the filter/multiplier of Beside Myself. When you're flipping 12 ~ 30 coins per game, it's not really as random as you would think, central limit theorem and all.
Anywho, massive hand and all is abused via Joker, obviously, who can "Bastion" each one into a +1/+1 pump that lasts for the entire turn. Before he hits though, we'll want to be gaining endurance.
Now gaining an endurance for EVERY card you draw is already incredible when you're regularly drawing 5 to 10 cards a turn, but the thing that really makes her shine is Prison Break and The Joker, Out of His Mind. Both allow you to shuffle your entire hand into your deck, and draw a card for each card you had in your hand (plus, you know ... yet another coin-flip that could potentially string).
In theory, and often in practice, a meger turn-starting-hand of 11 cards could translate into 35 endurance by the start of the combat phase.
So that's it. Nothing that will really shine on the competitive circut, but a fun combo deck that with a little luck will start throwing around some of the biggest endurance and stat totals you are likely to see outside of ... I can't really think of a good end to that sentence.
And best of all, it can prove once and for all the Bats and the rest of his little vigilanties belong in Arkham with the rest of them.
At some point, I decided better to have another F4 character in there to be able to sack to New Baxter Building for more Card Draws and recur via Penguin/Slaughter-Swamp.
So he's just in there because he's F4 for the card-drawing engine. Plus, you know, off-team can just help Enemy's consistency more and some other periferal stuff.
I don't think Joker or Prison break work with Beside Myself the way you think. I'm pretty sure Beside Myself triggers every time an effect that lets you draw one (or more cards) resolves, not necessarily for each card drawn from said effect.
When you draw 2 cards for the turn with beside myself up, you only get one trigger, not one trigger for each card drawn.
Yes. So at the resolution of Joker, you would be able to flip for Beside Myself... triggering yet another flipfest of fun.(if you win the flip, that is.)
I am pretty sure that he had realized that when stating this fact; in different words; in his post.

Yes, I am aware of how Beside Myself works with Joker and Prison Break.
Joker and Prison Break are primarily for Spoiler, and for consistency. Getting the extra potential string of coin-flip/card-draws off them is just a bonus.

Suggestions though are always welcome.
In this case, why not use Arkham Assylum over 31st Century Metropolis, and just name GK and F4? This would make everyone discard bate for NBB, and grant you other bonuses, like running a Cosmic Radiation for the draw tech.
And, it would also allow you to still use Bat-Mite over Surfer, without discarding to his ability. The extra +1/+1 from Joker could make or break a game.

That is much better.
However, I've yet to pull an Asylum. :disappoin
(Internal Monologue: ... maybe I should go buy another box ...)
In any case, I added a note to the list above ... and I may be headed out the door soon to buy more cards now.
When adding in the Split Personality, you chance having to replace your 6drop. Not a combo.
I can see that this deck is extremely fun and entertaining. But, I believe that you have too much of a mixture of control and beatdown. Personally, I would try for either of the aspects.
I have also noticed that you are not running Vicarious Living... May I inquire as to why? Same thing goes with Avalon and SoulWorld. With SttG, it is extremely handy.
DoR BlackGate Prison is a great way to help with the card drawing power of this deck.
Just a few more questions that I was thinking of, since I personally play an Arkham/Doom/Secret Society version of Insanity.Stall.
In my modern Insanity build, which also Teams up Arkham and GK for card draw, I'm playing The Future is Changing - might be worth considering due to the rig/draw it provides.
