Well i've been working on a FMA set for a while now and i thought i might share it with all the good people of VS Realms.
I know some of the cards are broken. I'd like some comments and perhaps some suggestions as to how to make the cards better/ not broken.
The Full Metal Alchemist Origins set brings out cards bassed off of the whole Full Metal Alchemist Series.
Greed's Gang loves counters
The Homunculus love making you discard cards, and are hell-bent on creating the Philosipher's Stone.
The Military loves to display its vast army.
The Elric gang loves to team attack, especially with other alchemists.
The Rebels know their location well, and like using it to their advantage, and don't mind being the underdog.
thats from the description on the Magic Set editor program that i'm using to make them (newest version.)
BTW if anyone knows how to put the team icons in the affiliation area..let me know. THere was a time when i was using the watermarks (like the hellboy ones) on the cards..the caduceus for the elrics the oroboros for the homunculi etc.
So far the set has 70 cards..but i'm hoping to have over 100
as of now i'm not sure if i want to branch into the movie or make those a seperate set.
ALSO the Alchemy version on some of the plot twists means that they can only be played from the resource row. That is why deconstruction exists.
Also..i still haven't thought of an effect for 7 drop ed.
This set and most of the pictures in it are bassed of/come from the FMA card game made by joyride which sadly has died >.<
Anyways..let me know what you guys think.

AHAH! I figgured out that MSE could export the cards into an html page..so i decided to do that...makes it so much easier for you guys to look at the cards...haha. 2.Bullseye
seems too strong to be on attack or defense choose one? or maybe +2 atk on atk +2 def on def?
3.Lust is ridiculously undercosted. Make loyal and make the discard be a out for the stun? With the right cards she could stun an entire board on turn 5.
4.infusion-can be better worded maybe when it comes into play put 2 +1 counters on target dude?
5.law chimera is the worst 6 drop stats Ive ever seen on a card. maybe hes a 4 drop?
6.tough hide- should have a additional cost maybe taking
stun damage or something
7.shadow alliance- cant do that its justice league of arkham maybe make it so you can only play it in the combat phase
This card was 4 cost and said teamup arkham to make opponent discard a card. Maybe add in the pay 2 life instead part to make balanced.
8.destructive alchemy is still too powerful maybe tack on you can't attack this turn.
Otherwise I was impressed on the balance and well doing of the cards.
THanks! I just fixed a few things, like changed bullseye to +2 atk or def and changed 5 drop lust to unless an opponent discards a card. TOugh Hide i added stun dammage...just curious...would i write that as stun damage or stun endurance loss..rofl
I added you can't attack this turn..for destructive alchemy..makes sense.
also..i suck as spelling..i need to have someone proofread the cards n_n (one of the reasons i put the cards up here rofl)
Fixed Law Bullish as well...i think he was supposed to be a 4 drop originally...can't remember rofl...can't believe i forgot to change his stats..its rather embarrassing >.<
I've added about 6 new cards...you can check them on my website. Not sure if you saw them or not...added a dante card and an effect for 2 drop dante..exactly like the rare valkyre and a Body Swap card..i really want to see what people think of that one.
Changed Coercion!...i think it was broken since i have so many discard effects..its like...i gain two if you discard..you lose two if you don't discard..Its name is now No Witnesses. Changed the philosipher's stone so that it just gives alchemists +2/+2 I'm thinking of tacking on a discard to the stone..not too sure yet.

THis makes it much easier to look at all the cards.

I'm having a tough time coming up with locations for the Rebels...even though that is their main strength..>.<
if anyone has any suggestions..i'd greatly appreciate it.
Also..i still haven't thought of an effect for 7 drop ed.
umm.. how bout stun a character named Al with cost 5 or less, pay 4 atk--> search your deck for a character named Al bring him into play with -4/+4 and has the version - IRON BROTHER.
well i have changed altar to leto to only work with its own ability. Now when you activate you can only use that resource point to pay for altar to leto's cost.
updated the card list
its back to numbers..makes it easier to overwrite everything so i don't have to delete it then reupload.
Just had a little question for anyone who could answer it.
Could I instead of saying Alchemist type character just say an Alchemist..ex

I think so...because if i remember correctly the mutants..were just refered to as physical or mental or energy but just making sure

while were on the subject of alter of leto being broken, limit how much i can use it even personal force field belt has a twice a turn limit
if it were real 4 would be in my x-statix deck the moment it was legal. orphan would be a 12/11 on 4, 19/17 on 5, 27/24 on 6 and so on and thats with no other pumps. it needs fixed or droped it's broken. and if thats not bad enough quicksilver doesnt really need higher drops than quicksilver. it'd be a super silver nightmare
