The latest set of City Championships are suppose to be occurring this weekend and the next, but we have not heard anything about the kits or whether the dates are going to be extended.
Can someone from UDE confirm that there is or isn't an extension on the city champs either on here, or the City Champs page on vssystem.

I think they announced last week or the week before that the wildfires in So Cal would delay the November HL kits.

Yeah, they did announce that, but there was no mention of whether there would be an extension on the event dates.

I don't know how many are "in-office" to answer the question right now because of the Wildfires.

However, TBS has managed to contact us after the evac. He may have been doing that from a PC or Laptop somewhere else though.

I actually purchased my stores kits just at deadline and as part of the "can we get them in time" conversation with our rep we were told that shipments would be delayed due to that pesky fire thing but they were coming...

As a second point my understanding (as of the Indy time frame City Champs) was that the allotment window for those events was basically open to the venue within the month of the HL kit. So that even if the kits were not "on time" there was still plenty of time to run the event... this was "given" to the the community as a compromise on the fact that Elite Series are so stringent and that venue needs with things like releases from other games may impact time tables for venues...I thought this was confirmed by UDE staff on Realms and not stated as an exception only for that city champs...I will see if I can find that post...

Guys, here is an important question. If this event is rescheduled what dates would be good for you? You have to remember that Thanksgiving is at the end of this month too. Then you also have WoW Worlds or whatever it's called. I am suggesting November 30 - December 16th. That would give us a three week time frame. Any thoughts from you guys and girl(s)(thats for you Maid)?

Actually, we're not going to reschedule our event. We will hold the event as stated on the 3rd and if we do not receive out kit until after the event; we will distribute the prizes to the winners upon arrival.

So I take it you're not vending at the YGO Sneak this weekend?

MY dedicated and hard working crew will be there, I shall not be there.
