What's your favourite mechanic?

No, not just keywords. It can be any recurring functional mechanic. For example, mine would be "Characters your opponents control...". Stu's is probably "...army character with a cost of 1...". Etc, etc.

Basically, any block of mechanical text that just gets you pumping. The cards you're looking for when you crack open a set list for the first time.

one of my favorite cards to play with when I first started playing was spoiler. Gain 1 endurance when you draw a card. My brother hated her and she wasn't even that good.

I love cards that reference some other action, and you get some other great benefit.

Beat me to it. Every new set that comes out I try to make an X-Statix deck with the new teams. I just love the whole 1 huge character who cant be affected game.

1) I would like to see a trickser/ piper count down deck that completely revolves around the 2 rogue characters.

2) evasion & last stand effects have always been neat! Their is need to make a type of evasion for hidden characters also.

3) There is a need to stop burn if golden age is ever going to be viable. so I agree with Rocket Gurl. More mutant of the year type stuff!

This is off topic but they need to give Batman as much stuff as they have given Dr. Doom!

It would have been nice if the xstatixs stuff wasn't team stamped. I hope this will come true. It would be nice to have a whole engine that works around this system of play.

Again I would also like game engines that revolve around 2 characters only!
That way Batman & Supes could have more junk!

Actually Mutant of the year and Star of the Show are only minimaly team stamped. Star requires an x-statix deiscard but none in play and mutant of the year asks you to KO any number of x-statix characters (zero) but none in play. I realized this while making my most recent X-Statix/Revenge Squad deck that abuses the new 5 drop Lex.

Reinforcement. It's why I love Crime Lords, and it's why I wish there would be more cards to help them. I love tossing Burn Rubber in and dicking over the best-laid plans - flipping the Castle to stop the 20/12 Batman swinging into the 1/0 Catherine Cobert. It's hilarity.

or, if you want stuff that is on multiple cards and cards you can use in tournaments and stuff like that
