How does Cosmic and Only Human work? I looked it up in the rules and the only answer I could find was:


706.7g A character that loses cosmic without becoming stunned doesn’t lose any cosmic counter already on it.

However, the rule before that says:

706.7c As a character becomes stunned, remove all cosmic counters from it.

Only Human says:
Target opposing character loses and can't have flight, powers, and keywords during the combat phase this turn.

So, if the character remains unstunned during the combat phase and the cosmic keyword returns during the recovery phase, the character should have the cosmic "powers" or abilities and the cosmic counter?

Correct. It's as simple as that, so long as they still had their cosmic counter when Only Human's effect resolved. :)
