What besides the obvious thule society deck can i build to incorporate Project Ragna Rok?

The "7 Drop Hellboy + Breaking off the Horns (x3)" deck.

well are you looking to build it Modern, Silver or Golden Age?

cause I kinda had something together for Golden but it still needs alittle work, and I've kinda moved on to other decks, but maybe I could toss some ideas your way.

The easiest thing to do would be to play the team-up that crosses over BPRD and Thule, play low drops and find some way to give them evasion.

Then it just becomes a matter of how fast you can get the board presence to stun/KO your own characters to put on the doomsday counters.

SO you said u had an idea that is Golden Age throw the idea my way.

it could really be Silver Age cause the only real noteable Golden cards in it was StoG which I think got a reprint in DCL, and Swamp which can be replaced with Soul World,

but the idea was play VU/Thrule/BPRD with Coercion for the team up and Huge Annoying tentacles at 2, maybe Dr. Light at three with Join us or Die so you could bring in someone like Talia or Calculator so you could have a character to KO and still be going on curve, hit Johann Kraus on four and at the start of the combat phase you get the KO'd card back in your hand to replay with Light, five could be anyone really but you'd want another BPRD I think so go with Abe, I like Black Flame at six with either Hellboy or Rasputin seven,

now it's just a thought I haven't gotten around to doing any serious testing with it, cause like I said I moved on to other decks, but it's an idea to mess around with.

I had a deck built that was fun, if not super-competitive. It ran about 8 nazis as well as the Hellboy 1-drop to take advantage of Something is Coming and then had somewhat of a Thule curve. I'd team up Thule and B.P.R.D. and then just run a nazi into whatever character they had on the board to start getting counters. With all the resource hate in DCL though, it'd be hard to make it work.

Squire from The Ring Has Chosen had a deck that teamed up Thule with VU and used Join Us or Die on 7-drop Rasputin on turn 7 four times to get the counters.

I am thinking Hellfire might be the ticket. they have search, they have plot search also. And they have free 1 drop characters you can sacrifice.

You MUST run 4 Pathetic Attempts to protect your row though. Maybe in Golden you can look at something with Superman Robots, but for now, your row is way too weak to rely on this kind of deck.

The "Join Us Or Rok!!!" deck got a lot more difficult in Silver with the loss of Sorceror's Treasure. However, we do now have Black Manta. I might have to dig out the old decklist and see if it has legs with the new Society stuff. The old list was fun, but won't stand a chance in today's Golden. Especially with Have a Blast being so popular now.

Off the top of my head however, another option might be to go with Revenge Squad. You can play State of the Union to protect your Rok, and Hidden Agenda is kind of like 4 more Join Us Or Die. Kinda.

You could bypass playing both thule and brpd by playing marvel knights and their new midnight sons.

Cavendish Hall + Act Of Defiance allows you to KO your opponents characters to its effect.

And obv. Ruin.

No, both say Crossover. And crossover only applies to cards the controlling player owns.
